Brad personally met with nearly every property owner to explain the CID petition and secure their signatures, a task no one else was willing to undertake.

He developed plans for underutilized properties, helped create a Mural Ordinance, contributed to the city’s Unified Development Codes, and championed efforts to increase parking and install informational kiosks. He has also been a mentor to local entrepreneurs, offering guidance on business plans and supporting them in their journey to success.

Brad’s dedication extends far beyond the boardroom. He is known for his hands-on approach, volunteering countless hours to DLSMS events like Downtown Days, the Piccadilly Gala, and the Mayor’s Tree Lighting. He is often the first to roll up his sleeves for the “dirty work,” whether it’s cleaning streets, building signs, or hauling supplies. His financial contributions to DLSMS exceed $1,000 annually, further demonstrating his commitment to the community.
