Gala Details
The order of the evening:
- 5:15 pm – Doors open.
- 5:30 pm – Social/Cocktail hour begins. Two cash bars will be available.
- 6:15 pm – Dinner seating in the pavilion.
- 7:45 pm – Program begins.
- Guests will check in at the Longview Mansion front door to receive table assignments. The check in process is for guests who purchased tickets online, purchased tickets at the museum, as well as invited guests of a sponsor or Legend. Your name is your check in.
- An exhibit of toys from the museum will be located in the library for guest enjoyment.
- Two opportunities will be available to tour the mansion (5:30 & 6:00 pm). These tours will be held on the second floor; however, discussion of the first floor features will be included.
- Look forward to purchasing your ticket (a limited number will be available) for the “Remembering Lee’s Summit” Trolley Tour scheduled for July 17, 2025, 5:30-7:30 pm.
